Registered Nutritional therapist Helen Ross will be giving a free talk about some of the latest findings in nutrition science, and how these ideas can easily be incorporated into our diets, for increasing vitality and healthy ageing.

It is important to know that there is no one diet to fit everyone. We are all genetically individual and therefore we all have differing health needs, depending on our current state of health, our health history, dietary history and our genetic blueprint.

This talk will focus on anti-inflammatory foods, healthy fats, and antioxidants, and why they are necessary for good health, especially for increasing our energy levels, and for ensuring that we are supporting the body optimally during the ageing process.
